Incinerating industrial waste as it produces a lot of CO2, but Daiseki can treat it with less CO2 than incineration. For waste oil and sludge, etc., the SCOPE 3 category (5) (waste) is zero for customers who outsource their recycling to Daiseki.

The company has 6 works in Japan and achieved a recycling rate of 87.7%. The total amount of materials we received for recycling is about 1,081,000 tons in FY2022. We contribute to reduce 564,000 tons of CO2 emissions compared to simple incineration through low emissions recycling process of industiral waste. In addition we contribute to reduce the fossil fuel consumption ; 40,000kl of heavy oil A and 150,000 tons of coal were subsituted with recycled fuel.
