Recycling into heavy oil

Technology / Service Summary

We produce heavy oil by removing water and contaminants from waste mineral oil and oil separated and recovered from waste liquids containing oil. It contributes to thermal recycling of waste oil.

Purpose

By removing contaminants and water from waste oil that is difficult to recycle or contains moisture, which would otherwise be incinerated, we produce recycled heavy oil that can be purchased and used by customers, contributing to cost reduction and the elimination of fossil fuels.

Feature

This service involves the purchase of waste oil that meets specific criteria and the sale of recycled heavy oil of a certain quality that has been produced. Recycled heavy oil can be used in boilers, etc.

Effect

・Reduction of carbon dioxide emissions (Scope 3 Category 5)
・Tax incentives such as reduced petroleum and coal tax*
・Improve corporate image through efficient use of fossil resources
