Osmoflo provides emergency water service by renting out our containerized RO desalination plants if a site needs water urgently or temporary
The Purpose of our emergency water service is to meet an urgent or temporary water demand. In many cases, this service is a solution to solve a sudden water shortage caused by disaster like draughts and pro-longed dry season, to meet a temporary water demand for construction period only, and as backup for emergencies. As the uses of production water can be drinking, process, high purity or recycled water, we can provide this solution to wide variety of clients such as municipality, power plant, petrochemical plant, oil & gas, and so on.
All the assets and systems will be customized and modulized to fit in containers as an “easy and quick” solution. Those containerized plants enable us to start up plants in short periods, as the plants are ready to plug-and-play right after delivered to site.
We design the most efficient process scheme to treat even difficult water utilizing our expertise and project experience of over 450 all over the world. From our wide ranged assets and options, we select and customize suitable ones to meet the requirement for each client (Plant can deliver from 500m3/day to 20,000m3/day). Moreover, we have a capability to offer a reliable O&M including SV dispatching and 24 hours remote monitoring & control service.
Compared to conventional EPC, we achieve to reduce civil construction work at the site by containerizing all assets. Also, it is much easier to transport containers which allows quick delivery.
