Technology / Service Summary
It is a denitrification treatment technology composed of a denitrification tank, a nitrification tank, a secondary denitrification tank, a re-aeration tank, a settling tank, and an ancillary equipment. The dehydrated sludge generated by this system is deposited into a composting device.
Since the Wastewater/Sludge from Septic Tank is highly concentrated, it is necessary to properly perform the treatment, in which not only protects the environment but also maintains the water quality of the discharge destination.
In addition to a standard denitrification treatment method, the introduction of YM reactor system (microorganism activation device, which is also our product) begore the biological treatment can improve the treatment of activated sludge, and after the wastewater treatment is carried out, the installation of YM Himawari-kun (a sealed composting device, which is also our product) can perform a Hyperthermophilic Aerobic Composting for dewatered sludge. This integrated system makes it possible to operate a Septic Treatment Plants rooted in the Resource Recycling activities. In addition, the deodorization system can treat in appropriate manner the odors divided and classified into high-concentration, medium-concentration and low-concentration odors generated from different sections of the STP.
