Technology / Service Summary
Advanced processing wastewater treatment system using the soil microbial membrane treatment technology (a general certified product by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT)). Wastewater from toilets, etc. is treated in a primary treatment tank, soil microbial membrane treatment tank, and disinfection tank. Treated water can be released in the rivers safely, but we recommend to reuse it as flush water for toilet flush toilets.
Purpose
Significant reduction of the pollution load on the environment in natural environment conservation areas, etc. by using the purified treated water of sewage as flush water for toilet flush toilets.
Feature
This is an advanced wastewater treatment system using the soil microbial membrane treatment technology with high efficiency. Performance of this system is high quality, stable, and resilient against seasonal fluctuation in the number of users in tourist spots and parks, etc. Only water pump and a fan are used in this system, and it is very easy to maintain.
Effect
(1) The treated water quality has high performance with a BOD concentration of 1 to 3 mg/L and SS concentration of 1 to 3 mg/L. In addition, the treated water is clean, colorless and odorless.
(2) This system uses few equipment, has an easy process, and is easy to maintain.
(3) Energy and cost saving design that requires only about 1kwh/day. The system can be operated with small-scale renewable energy such as solar power, especially in un-electrified area.
