・By expanding and contracting the hot air nozzle according to the cloth width, all hot air acts on the cloth regardless of the cloth width.
In addition, the structure makes it possible to bring the gap between the hot air nozzle and the cloth closer, which allows the hot air to act on the cloth without being attenuated, so a significant increase in the drying and heat setting capacity can be expected.
・The circulation fan and exhaust fan are automatically reduced to the minimum rotation speed during the processing waiting time such as
changing the cloth or changing the finishing agent. As a result, not only electrical energy but also thermal energy consumption can be reduced.
・A heat exchanger is installed on the exhaust fan outlet side to recover heat from high-temperature exhaust. And then, the heat is used to heat the supply air and return it to the main body to recover the heat energy.
・Energy can be reduced by about 30% by controlling the hot air nozzle, controlling the fan, and recovering the exhaust heat.
・Furthermore, by introducing IOT, operation information and equipment information can be obtained from any country or region, leading to energy saving, quality improvement, and process stabilization.
