smart ball method
TOA GROUT KOGYO CO.,LTD.
Technology / Service Summary
Used for free-swimming pipeline survey work.
This is a technology that detects and records leaks by moving a ball with a built-in sensor and recording device inside the pressure pipe with water flow.
Purpose
① Investigation of pipelines that require investigation due to uninterrupted water supply
② Investigation of pipelines that are concerned about the effects of ground and external noise
③ Investigation under roadways and buildings where excavation is impossible
④ I want to investigate pipes including overhangs at once
⑤ I want to investigate the gas pocket
Feature
①It is possible to detect multiple leaks and investigate up to 20 km.
② Surveys can be conducted without interruption of water supply.
③ It is less susceptible to noise and can detect even minute leaks.
④ It is possible to investigate under the roadway.
⑤ Vertical pipes can also be moved if the flow velocity is about 0.5m/sec or more.
⑥ Estimate the amount of water leakage.
Effect
①Investigation of pipelines that require investigation due to uninterrupted water supply
② Investigation of pipelines that are concerned about the effects of ground and external noise
③ Investigation under roadways and buildings where excavation is impossible
④ I want to investigate pipes including overhangs at once
⑤ I want to investigate the gas pocket
