Technology / Service Summary

This is a construction method for rehabilitating main pipes without excavation using light-curing resin that cures when exposed to light.

Purpose

Reconstruction and extension of service life of aging and damaged sewage pipes.

Feature

① Higher strength than conventional construction methods.
② The applicable diameter of the self-supporting pipe is Ø150 to Ø900mm.
③ Long-term storage of cured materials is possible.
④ The occupied work zone is small and the curing time is short.
⑤Construction is possible even with infiltration of water.
⑥Can be applied at any time with the same curing time.

Effect

Reconstruction and extension of service life of aging and damaged sewage pipes.
Main pipe Ø150 to 1000mm (freestanding pipe Ø150 to 900mm) is available. Adopting strong glass fiber, it has high strength and can shorten the construction time.
