Refrigerant Leakage Detection System Freon Keeper
NANBA CO., LTD.
Technology / Service Summary
Freon Keeper is a refrigerant leakage detection system. It can be installed to refrigeration units to detect its refrigerant leakage at early stage. Our self-developed system "Freon Keeper" detects refrigerant leakage at 10% by using ultrasonic.
Purpose
The Freon Keeper system detects refrigerant leaks from equipment in stores, factories, and warehouses at an early stage. It helps reduce repair costs, lower electricity bills, comply with refrigerant emission control regulations, and contribute to the prevention of global warming.
Feature
(1)Early detection of refrigerant leakage by ultrasonic detection system
(2)IoT transformation for refrigeration equipment
(3)Saving electricity and repair cost
Effect
Detection of refrigerant leaks is possible at approximately 10% of the leakage level, allowing for reductions in leakage volume, electricity consumption by up to about 45%(※), and repair costs. Additionally, early detection of leaks helps prevent inventory loss and missed sales opportunities, thereby extending the lifespan of your equipment.
※This value varies depending on the operating environment, use conditions, the refrigerant type and refrigeration equipment used.
By integrating refrigerating equipment with Freon Keeper’s IoT capabilities, you can collect various data 24/7 and use our unique system to assess leaks. This enables centralized management of multiple refrigerating units via the web without the need for on-site visits.
