Feature
The vertical CNC lathe is designed to handle heavy workpieces and irregular shapes that are difficult to support on horizontal lathes, achieving heavy cutting and high-precision stable processing. Its vertical structure incorporates a Z-axis feed in the direction of gravity, which means the servo motor is always under load for position holding. By turning off the servo motor during standby and using the built-in brake to maintain position, the system effectively reduces energy consumption, achieving energy efficiency.
Effect
The design includes a feature that turns off the power to the Z-axis servo motor during machine standby. Also, if the machine remains inactive for a certain period, an energy-saving mode is activated. As a result, the overall standby power consumption of the machine has been reduced by 16% compared to our conventional models.
