Japan Platform for Redesign: Sustainable Infrastructure (JPRSI)

JPRSI Online Pavilion

Technology / Service Summary

By turning biological waste from agriculture, forestry, fisheries, livestock, and other industries into biomass plastics, we can fix carbon and reduce resource demands. We upcycle waste into something useful and valuable.

Purpose

Disposing of waste requires cost and energy. Our goal is not to "dispose" of it using cost and energy, but to "upcycle" it into something valuable.

Feature

Carbon fixation. Waste reduction. Reduction in plastic consumption.
We achieve all of these at the same time.

Effect

Creating new value from waste.
