Purpose
Build a business utilizing high-value-added cacao ceramide from underused cacao parts to create new revenue streams in cacao production.
Feature
・Cacao ceramide, which is a plant-derived ceramide, is found in large quantities in parts that have not been effectively utilized until now.
・It contains both glycosylceramide and human-type free ceramide, making it a versatile ingredient with potential applications in both food and cosmetics.
Effect
Cacao ceramide, as a human-type free ceramide, is expected to have positive effects on physical and mental health, as well as in the fields of beauty and well-being.
