STAND ALONE LIGHT:A self-sufficient lighting solution for disaster scenarios and off-grid environments.
Technology / Service Summary
STAND ALONE LIGHT devices are sustainable, off-grid lighting solutions powered by integrated MPC cells. These devices provide reliable illumination even during power outages or in remote areas, utilizing eco-friendly materials such as soil-based electrolytes and low-impact housing. Designed for locations with limited access to grid electricity, they are ideal for street lighting―enhancing safety while maintaining environmental harmony. This technology has already been implemented in the experimental building called “KU-AN”, where it has been proven to provide sufficient brightness for day-to-day use.
