Technology / Service Summary
AEROWING II is a fine bubble diffuser which is used for sufficient air supply to sewer water in aeration tank of wastewater treatment plant. SOTE as high as 30~36% (at aeration depth of 5m) and pressure drop as low as 6kPa enable to save 30~50% of aeration airflow. AEROWING have been in use over 17 years which proves steadily operation of facilities. There are a lot of installation records in developed country, sales in developing country are also brought into perspective.

2.Comparison with Ordinal Technology
High SOTE compare to the conventional diffuser enables to save 30~50% of aeration airflow. Low pressure drop compare to prior type membrane diffuser enables to install diffuser to deeper level of aeration tank where more aeration air is saved.
3.Structure and Function
AEROWING II consist of polyurethane membrane which is mounted to stainless steel base plate. Air is supplied to wastewater through pores on membrane as fine bubbles which figure high efficiency of SOTE.
High flexibility of arrangement enables to install diffusers to aeration tank uniformly which leads high efficient operation of facilities. Fouling rarely occurs as pores on membrane close when aeration stops. Therefore intermittent operation is possible without fouling precautions.
