Low Head Micro Hydropower system

Technology / Service Summary

It is a hydroelectric power system that can be installed in agricultural water or small rivers to generate electricity even at low heads. By simplifying the structure, clogging with dust is reduced, maintainability is improved, and the concrete-saving structure keeps installation costs low.

Purpose

By installing micro hydroelectric power generation in areas where it is difficult to draw in electricity, electricity will be supplied to non-energized areas.

Feature

Effective drop 2m, use flow 0.85㎡/sec, maximum electric power 10kW

Effect

・It can also be used as a power supply to scattered areas such as mobile phone base stations.
・It can also be used as a sensor or power source for data collection using IoT.
