VOC Concentrator

Technology / Service Summary

Our VOC concentrator can be used as a preliminary step in most of combustion methods, and you can gain even higher effects in terms of CO2 reduction and cost performance by using this equipment.

Purpose

To reduce CO2 and save energy by combustion VOC effectively

Feature

1. A honeycomb-shaped rotor with zeolite impragnated adsorbs VOCs. The selection of the most suitable zeolite according to the VOC laden air is our advanced technology that cannot be found anywhere else and VOCs can be removed by up to 99%.

2. Our rotor can concentrate VOCs in 30 times more, so combustion at oxdizer will be conducted very efficiently and they can burn sufficiently with their own energy.

3. During the process to desorb VOCs from the rotor, the heat accumulated in the rotor after purge zone and the heat generated by the combustion device could be reused as desorption energy.

Effect

Many VOCs, such as benzene and toluene, are mainly emitted from painting, printing, and coating processes, as well as from manufacturing plants that use chemicals and raw materials containing VOCs.
Normally, VOCs are combusted by direct combustion, catalytic combustion, or regenerative combustion (commonly known as RTO: Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer).
The VOC concentrator developed by us can be used in the preliminary stage of most of these combustion methods, and by using the device, we can aim for even higher effects in terms of CO2 reduction and cost performance.
By installing our VOC concentrator at the preliminary stage of the RTO, the CO2 emissions can be reduced by 6400 tons per year, and the operating cost of the fuel can be reduced by 45.5 billion VND per year, which is even more effective than using the RTO alone.
