Heat Exchanger

Technology / Service Summary

A waste heat recovery equipment-Heat Exchanger.
The world’s first heat exchanger using ion adsorption technology to reduce odor transfer.

Purpose

To recycle energy lost through ventilation by using enthalpy wheel

Feature

Our company developed the world’s first ion adsorption enthalpy wheel, the GREEN-SAVE® (HI-PANEX-ION®), in 1998. The product prevents odor transfer, and helps reduce carbon dioxide due to high energy efficiency. It also dramatically improves IAQ by using a combination of polymer desiccant, antibacterial agent and fungicide.

Effect

For instance, it depends on the conditions though, under the conditions of 1,500 m2 per floor and 135 people, we can reduce about 14.8 tons of CO2 per floor per year.
For a 10-story building, multiply this by 10, and the amount of CO2 that can be reduced per year would be 148 tons.
