With our original unique VOLUTE technology, the sludge dewatering process got much easier than ever comparing with using the other sludge dewatering systems.

Customers shall use VOLUTE dewatering press to dewater sludges generated from every watar and wastewater treatment process in municipal and private, and it is capable of dewatering the sludge regardless of its type of treatment process; such as Biological, Chemical, Flocculating sedimentation, Dissolved air flotation and others.

Mechanism:
VOLUTE is structured with a filter element that consists of two types of Rings: a Fixed Ring and a Moving Ring; and a screw that thrusts the filter element and transfers and pressurizes the sludge. The gaps between the Rings and the screw pitch are designed to gradually get narrower towards the direction of sludge cake outlet and the inner pressure of the filter element increases due to the volume compression effect, which thickens and dewaters the sludge. This mechanism allows VOLUTE dewater sludge while automatically self-cleaning the filter mesh. This enables stable and constant dewatering without depending on flush water for clogging prevention.

Minimum cleaning water, Smaller electricity, Low vibration, Smaller noise, Available for thin sludge (from TS 0.2%), Smaller body, Good at oily sludge and Super easy operation (no need operators).

・Thanks to VOLUTE's self-cleaning system, the water volume to clean is extremely small. Comparing with Belt press which requires clean its filter mess during operation, customers can save water consumption as approximately100 times.
・Regarding the main body of dewatering called Cylinder, it rotates about 2～3 times per a minute. That can save power consumption as well as water. Comparing with Centrifuge decanter which works in high-speed rotation, customers can save power consumption as approximately 20 times .
